Tour price INCLUDES :
Return air ticket (for air package only), accommodation, sightseeing tours & transportation (seat-in coach basis unless otherwise stated) as specified in the itinerary.

Tour price EXCLUDES :
Airport taxes, visa fees, excess baggage charges, personal & baggage insurance, beverages, tipping, all other items of a personal nature and tours not specified in the itinerary.

RESERVATION, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation :

• Domestic Package                    01 Room Night
• International Package
        - Asia                                  RM500 per person
        - Australia / New Zealand  RM800 per person
        - USA / Europe & others     RM1000 per person

An amendment fee of RM30 per reservation will be imposed on any amendment after confirmation of tour package.

The balance in full must be made within 14 days before departure or otherwise specified. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation and a forfeiture of the deposit. All payment is valid on CASH term only.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
Cancellation fee (per person) shall be imposed as follows:

• 30 days & above                      Full deposit to be forfeited
• Between 15-29 days               50% of total tour fare
• Between 08-14 days               75% of total tour fare
• Between 07 days & below      100% of the tour fare

In the event that any passenger cannot travel on the tour because of visa rejection, documentation and processing fees shall be charged RM200 or if cancellation falls within the above stipulated period, the above cancellation fee will apply whichever is higher. NO visa fee(s) will be refunded.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each passenger must possess an International Passport with more than 6 months validity when entering each country. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that their documents are in order.

VISA
All passengers are encouraged to process their own visa. However, upon request, we would be most happy to assist with visa application. A processing fee per passport per visa will be charged.

The company cannot be held liable for any loss of passport(s) due to any reason whatsoever including without limitations, negligence on the part of our employees, agents and/or despatch.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
All passengers are recommended to purchase a travel insurance scheme.

SPECIAL REQUEST
Any special request regarding meals, dietary requirement, adjoining room(s) and others must be made known to us at the time booking is made. Such requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

RESPONSIBILITY

• ProHighway Travel Sdn Bhd and/or its appointed agents (hereinafter collectively known as The Companies) act only as agents for the transportation company, hotel contractor & other principals. Tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which these services are provided.
• Tour members participating in any tour or holiday organized by The Companies shall be regarded in every respect as carrying his/her own risk.
• The Companies reserve the right to alter or modify, with or without prior notice, the itinerary, ground arrangement and hotel accommodation in any way necessary.
• The Companies also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time booking made by/on behalf of tour members prior to departure due to insufficient group size or for any reason whatsoever. The decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive and no liabilities whatsoever shall be incurred by the Company for such cancellation. All monies paid towards booking fees shall be refunded.
• The Companies shall not be held liable to any person as a result of the following:
  • Inaccuracy, miss description or changes to any tour and its itinerary.
  • Additional expenses due to delay or changes strikes, war, quarantine or other causes.
  • Extension of stay-flight arrangement that cannot be confirmed.
  • Any damage of or loss of baggage or other personal effects or accidents. It is the responsibility of the passengers to effect insurance.
  • Deportation or refusal of entry of tour members by Immigration Authorities due to possessing unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes or whose behaviour and activities are considered as subversive by the foreign government concerned or for any other reason whatsoever. There is absolutely NO refund to tour member(s) who have been refused entry.
  
  
• NO refund or deduction will be made to any person who does not participate in any meals, sightseeing or accommodation during the course of the tour.
• A documentation fee will be imposed for any amendments or cancellation of issued tickets.
• A handling fee of RM50.00 will be levied for any social requests made on flight deviations or extension of stay after the booking is made. All above requests will subject to airline conditions, ticket validity and seat availability.
• The air ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to certain airlines only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable and has no refund value for unutilized sector. Alteration on the routing or change of date of travel by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The Companies shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused or extra expenses incurred.
• Tour fare is subject to currency fluctuations or change in airfare and ground arrangement costs.
